Here is a quick parks update!! Excited to be reopening Grand Park Sports Campus and our city parks. Just FYI, we continue to look at state and CDC guidelines and are unable to open the Splash Pad at Quaker Park until Stage 5. Thanks for your patience.

WTHR did a story at 6pm yesterday on how splash pads ARE opening in Stage 4 in Indiana. All except Marion County. Why keep ours closed? I guess we will be going to Carmel and Noblesville.

Why on the splash pads when all Other counties are open or opening??? Noblesville has been open since the last phase and Carmel posted theirs will open tomorrow so this makes zero sense?

We need to open our splash pad!!
